Daniel Mercer, Founder
Daniel started in roofing working summers with a small residential crew before moving into full-time installation and then project supervision. After years of watching property owners struggle to get straight answers about roof condition, materials, scheduling, and cost, he built the company around a simple standard: inspect carefully, explain what matters, and do the work correctly.
Daniel handles most initial evaluations and is usually the person who walks you through what was found and what the options are.
Emily Carter, Project Coordinator
Emily manages scheduling, material planning, and communication once a project is booked. If you are wondering when materials arrive, how weather is affecting the schedule, or what happens on the first day of work, Emily is the person with the answer.
She also keeps commercial clients and property managers updated when a project touches tenants or business operations.
Marcus Hill, Field Lead
Marcus oversees installation in the field: tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, fastening, and finish details. He is responsible for making sure what was specified is what actually gets built, and for flagging conditions discovered once the old roof comes off.
He also runs site staging and cleanup, which is a larger part of a good roofing job than most people expect.
